"Tainted love is playing as I write this and somehow it's perfect. My love of a good hoagie will take me one day. And this is a good hoagie. First of all, the meat. Traditional deli style prep, but this isn't your local Subway. The variety of meat is solid and their pastrami game is on point. Getting it heated up melted the Swiss just right. Hoagie bun is just tough enough to remind me of the grinders of my youth at old snack shops. Second the fries. Shoe string, perfectly cooked. Garlic is dusted with a Garlic salt with just a bit of a kick. Messy but good. However this is a TABLE order. It's a large order solo. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Ask if you have questions. The seating is comfortable for lunch and the decor is late 70s down to the stained mini chandeliers. The music is pure new wave 80s pop, so think Boy George and Duran Duran at inoffensive levels. Very clean. Price point is $15-20 a head. Worth the price in my view. Mark this local treasure in your rolodex if you haven't already."
